Concourse for Self-financing Post-secondary Education
It provides information on post-secondary institutions and details of full-time locally-accredited higher diploma, associate degree and undergraduate programmes that are not covered by the JUPAS, including their tuition fees, entry requirements, and accreditation and recognition by relevant professional bodies. It also provides information pertaining to the institutions' estimated numbers of intake places, application and admission arrangements as well as their past admission scores and graduate statistics. -
Diploma of Applied Education Programme
It provides an alternative pathway for S6 school leavers as well as adult learners aged 21 or above to obtain a formal qualification to pursue employment and further study. -
Electronic Advance Application System for Post-secondary Programmes (E-APP)
It is a one-stop online application system for HKDSE candidates in the current academic year to lodge advance applications for full-time locally-accredited sub-degree and undergraduate programmes that are not covered by the JUPAS via the E-APP before the release of HKDSE results. -
Non-means-tested Subsidy Scheme for Self-financing Undergraduate Studies in Hong Kong
It is offered by the Government for eligible students pursuing full-time locally accredited local and non-local self-financing undergraduate (including top-up degree) programmes in Hong Kong (save for those enrolling in places already supported under the Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions/Sectors) offered by eligible institutions. -
Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions/Sectors (SSSDP)
It aims to subsidise students to pursue designated full-time locally accredited self-financing undergraduate programmes (3 000 students per cohort) and sub-degree programmes (2 000 students per cohort) in selected disciplines.

VTC Earn & Learn Scheme
It integrates structured classroom learning with on-the-job training, providing young people with a clear career progression pathway and preparing them to join those trades and industries with great manpower demand. -
People of Different Races Programme (VTC)
It aims to provide students with full-time training on specific trade skills to enhance their employability; to provide students with training on life skills to help them adapt to and integrate into society; and to assist students to obtain recognized qualifications to better equip them for further studies or career advancement. -
Teen's Programme (VTC)
It aims to assist aged 14-24 teenager who are unemployed and out of school to reactivate their learning motivation and learning ability. -
Employees Retraining Board
The Employees Retraining Board (ERB) is a statutory body established in 1992 under the Employees Retraining Ordinance. The ERB co-ordinates, funds and monitors training courses and services that are market-driven and employment-oriented so as to meet the changing needs of the employment market.

Mainland University Study Subsidy Scheme
The Government provides subsidies to Hong Kong students pursuing undergraduate studies in designated Mainland institutions through the Mainland University Study Subsidy Scheme (MUSSS). Eligible students will receive “means-tested subsidy” or “non-means-tested subsidy” under MUSSS. -
Scheme for Admission of Hong Kong Students to Mainland Higher Education Institutions (Admission Scheme)
The Mainland higher education institutions participating in the Admission Scheme admit Hong Kong students based on their Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination results, thereby exempting them from taking the Joint Entrance Examination for Mainland Institutions. -
Study Abroad
To secure multiple pathways on both further studies and employment for candidates, the HKEAA has been working closely with university admission offices, higher education institutions, employers and professional bodies around the world to promote recognition of HKEAA qualifications. -
University Entrance Committee for Overseas Chinese Students, Taiwan
It provides the easiest way to pursue higher study in Taiwan: One registration – various choice and up to 70 programmes can be applied at the same time. Offer will be given based on the scores and preference of the candidates

Summer Jobs Employment Webpage (Labour Department)
The website caters to young job seekers by providing information on summer job vacancies as well as job hunting related information including prevalent job traps, job interview skills, and samples of application letter and resume. -
Job Fairs (Labour Department)
Job fairs are held at the job centres in different districts and industry-based recruitment centres. Job seekers can have on-the-spot job interviews with employers of various industries, saving their time in job hunt. In addition, Labour Department organises large-scale job fairs where participating employers will introduce vacancies to job seekers, receive applications and conduct interviews on the spot for free. -
Youth Employment Start (Y.E.S.) (Labour Department)
Y.E.S. is set up to provide one-stop career guidance service, value-added training and self-employment support service exclusively for young people aged between 15 and 29 who legally work and reside in Hong Kong. -
Youth Employment and Training Programme (YETP) (Labour Department)
YETP provides a comprehensive platform of job search with one-stop and diversified pre-employment and on-the-job training for young school leavers aged 15 to 24 with educational attainment at sub-degree level or below.
